My name is Cole Dunlap. I found my passion for all things food with my hands in the bottom of a dish pit. Throughout the years I embarked on a journey that led me to work with the best chefs from around the world. I've worked in everything from bars to multiple Michelin starred restaurants. From my humble beginnings as a dishwasher all the way to me becoming an executive chef, my yearning for more knowledge of food and the science behind it only gets stronger and stronger as time goes on. My next chapter is to take my obsession and craving of knowledge on food and share it with you. So please open your hearts and remember that the one thing that brings everyone together in this world is food and sharing the memories created because of it.
